Disappointed in tubers

"Unfortunately, this tuber never produced any eyes or sprouts. It was very dried out when I got it and should have just returned it at the time I picked up my order, but, I have had luck in the past with some of my dry tubers. I’ve decided I will not be buying Florissa dahlia tuber products any more after this year as 4 out of 7 of them didn’t have eyes/sprout and in the previous year -2023 I had 2/5 not produce sprouts. When they’re $10/tuber… that’s a lot of money to not get a plant!"
