FRENCH GOURMET - SHALLOTS

A gourmet allium option perfect for Canadian home gardens, the French Gourmet Shallots offer subtle yet complex flavour, elegant appearance, and excellent versatility in the kitchen. These French‑style shallots are known for their mild onion‑garlic taste, golden‑bronze skin and compact size, making them ideal for roasting, braising, or using whole in elegant dishes. The variety is well suited to cooler‑climate gardens and when planted early, they provide a refined culinary crop with garden appeal.
