Gardener's Notes: Grows best in cool weather. Cilantro grows best planted directly in the garden. Sow seeds beginning in early spring in full sun or part shade in light, well-drained soil. Thin small seedlings. Sow every 2-3 weeks until mid-summer for continuous supply. Harvest as needed, before flowers appear. To save seeds, allow plants to flower and go to seed. Harvest when seeds turn yellow-beige.
