Rosmarinus officinalis
Rosemary is a tender and fragrant perennial herb. It is a relative of mint with leaves that have a strong minty fragrance that is very useful for potpourris. Great for using with meat, fish, and many vegetables. This variety is well suited for container growth.

Start indoors by sowing seeds thickly in light, well-drained soil 8-10 weeks before transplanting outdoors. Cut sprigs as needed.
