Calamagrostis - brachytricha

A graceful, clump-forming Korean feather reed grass with a fountain of arching green leaves topped by airy pink‑tinged plumes in late summer. These elegant flowers mature to shimmering tan and persist through winter, adding vertical structure and soft movement in the garden. Thriving in full sun to part shade, it prefers moist, well-drained or heavy soils and is low-maintenance once established. Deer-resistant and versatile, it shines in borders, rain gardens, shade beds, or as cut flower material.
