A charming, mat-forming perennial, Veronica 'Tidal Pool' creates a carpet of vivid cobalt-blue flowers with sparkling white eyes atop silvery-green, evergreen foliage. Growing just 2–4 ″ (5–10 cm) tall and spreading up to 30 ″ (75 cm), it's the perfect low groundcover for early to late spring displays. This compact speedwell spreads quickly, suppresses weeds, and thrives in dry, well-drained soils under full to partial sun. It attracts butterflies and hummingbirds, while being deer- and rabbit-resistant—ideal for rock gardens, pathways, borders, and slopes.
