GOURMET SEED POTAOTES - Huckleberry Gold

Enjoy a striking addition to your garden and plate with the gourmet variety Huckleberry Gold. This unique potato features deep purple skin surrounding creamy golden‑yellow flesh, and has been developed with exceptional flavour and culinary versatility in mind. It matures mid‑season (approximately 85–100 days) and brings both visual appeal and excellent cooking qualities — ideal for roasting, mashing or boiling in Canadian home gardens. In addition, it’s one of the few potato varieties confirmed to have a low glycemic index, making it a thoughtful choice for health‑conscious growers.
