DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Apricot-yellow buds open to shallowly cupped, many petalled rosettes, each about 4" across. They are a beautiful blend of subtle apricot-pink and soft yellow, giving the overall impression of apricot, with creamy outer petals. There is a superb floral myrrh fragrance, with hints of honey and Tea. It forms a vigorous climber with attractive mid-green satin foliage.
GROWTH HABIT
It forms a healthy, vigorous climber with good repeat-flowering and attractive mid-green satin foliage.
ORIGINS OF THE NAME
The name 'Bathsheba' was inspired by the spirited heroine of Thomas Hardy's Far From the Madding Crowd.
