Dwarf, compact plants are punctuated by brilliant spikes of scarlet red flowers held above the deep green foliage. The showy flowers are especially attractive combined with white flowers or gray foliage plants. Use in mass plantings, mixed beds, and containers. Attracts hummingbirds. Plant in rich, well-drained soil. Water regularly and fertilize twice during the summer.
