Gourmet Potatoes - Carminelle

Carminelle is a gourmet fingerling potato with striking bright red skin and contrasting yellow flesh that gives every harvest a polished, colourful look. It produces long, narrow tubers with a firm, waxy texture, and growers note good yields on bushy plants with medium-early to mid-season maturity. This variety is especially well suited to roasting, boiling, and warm potato salads where its shape and texture hold beautifully. For home gardeners, it offers standout appearance in the row and on the plate, plus reliable performance through the season
