Mesclun Gourmet Greens Mixture is a gourmet blend of salad greens! This special mix grows seven different salad greens. Enjoy the complementary flavors and textures of Arugula, Endive, Red Kale, Red and Green Romaine Lettuce, Salad Bowl Lettuce, and Lolla Rossa Lettuce. This cool weather crop is beautiful in the garden and on the plate!

Preparation Ideas: Prepare a salad of lettuce and mesclun. Blend together 1 tablespoon each of olive oil and lemon juice, add 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over salad and enjoy!
