This variety produces large, globe-shaped bulbs with crisp, firm, clear tender flesh. Golden-yellow skin surrounds the bulb. The taste is sweet and mild. Our best large onion that is globular in shape. Produces well in all areas of the country. Under ideal conditions, these onions will weigh over 2.2lbs (l kg) at harvest.
