Gardener's Notes: Direct sow seeds outdoors 3-4 inches apart in full sun after last spring frost when night temperatures stay above 50F (10C), or start indoors 4-6 weeks before last spring frost. Grow in fertile well-drained soil. Thin or transplant seedlings to 10-12 inches apart. Water regularly. Cut flowers often to encourage reblooming.
