Dicentra spectabilis - Valentine
‘Valentine’ brings bold colour and garden drama to shaded spaces with its glowing cherry-red, heart-shaped flowers and contrasting white centers, suspended from deep burgundy-red stems. This 3–5 eye root offers more blooming stems and a bushier plant for greater impact in spring displays. Its soft blue-green foliage adds delicate texture and remains attractive until dormancy in mid-summer. Excellent for woodland borders and part-shade foundations, it’s also deer- and rabbit-resistant and a magnet for hummingbirds and bees.
