Campanula carpatica - Blue Clips
A delightful dwarf bellflower, Campanula carpatica ‘Blue Clips’ forms a compact, cushion-like mound of vibrant green leaves topped with a profusion of clear medium-blue, bowl-shaped, up-facing bells. These blooms appear in early summer and can reappear through mid-fall if spent flowers are regularly removed. Reaching about 6–12″ (15–30 cm) tall and spreading 8–12″ (20–30 cm) wide, it thrives in well-drained, fertile soil under full sun to partial shade and performs best in regions with cooler summer nights. Cold-hardy (zones 2–9) and low-maintenance, it’s ideal for rock gardens, edging, containers, and attracts pollinators—all while resisting rabbits.
