Campanula persicifolia - Takion Blue

A compact, clump-forming perennial, Campanula persicifolia ‘Takion Blue’ delights with masses of upward- and outward-facing, cup-shaped lavender-blue bells measuring about 2½″. Reaching 16–20″ tall and spreading 12–16″ wide, it fits beautifully into borders, cottage gardens, or containers while remaining well-behaved in small garden spaces. Blooming from late spring into summer (and even fall), it attracts bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds with strong-stemmed floral displays. Hardy in Zones 3–8, deer-resistant, low-maintenance, and excellent for cutting, this plant thrives in full sun to part shade with average, well-drained soil.
