Also known by its botanical name ‘Crocus Sativus’. The Crocus is an easy, perennial, fall bulb. Planted in September and October, you can expect a variation in white, purple and yellow blooms in January - March. Plant 2 inches deep and 2 inches apart, in zones 3-8. Although the Crocus is not resistant to deer, it does attract bees. Great for mass landscaping and naturalizing! Crocuses are small enough to be tucked into flower beds, under trees or even in the lawn.
