Gardener's Notes: In spring after all danger of frost is past, plant seeds outdoors in well-worked good garden soil in full sun. Sow seeds 2-4 inches apart, cover very lightly and keep seed bed evenly moist, germination can take several weeks. When seedlings are large enough to handle, thin plants to 10 inches apart. Keep watered for best blossoms. Hardy zones 3-9.
