Ipomoea alba

Gardener's Notes: Before planting, soak seeds in water for just eight hours. Sow directly in the garden in late spring or early summer when night temperatures remain above 50F (10C). In cold climates, start seeds one month before last frost in 4 inch pots. For best flowering, grow in full sun and average soil. If the soil is too rich, leafy vines will grow but flower sparingly. Provide trellis or support for these twining vines to climb.
