Festuca glauca - Elijah Blue

A charming, mound-forming blue fescue renowned for its striking silvery-blue foliage that remains vibrant year-round. Compact and tidy, it displays needle-like, fine-textured blades and is topped in late spring by delicate wheat‑tone seedheads. Thriving in full sun and well-drained, dry soils, it stands out with minimal care, though drought and deer resistance make it garden-friendly. Perfect for rock gardens, borders, edging, containers, or as a low groundcover accent.
