Pennisetum alopecuroides - Little Bunny
A miniature fountain grass, ‘Little Bunny’ presents petite, arching clumps (about 30–40 cm / 12–16 in tall and wide) of dark green foliage that transitions to golden tones in fall. In mid‑ to late summer, it produces charming creamy-white, foxtail-like bottlebrush plumes that rise just above the foliage, persisting into autumn and beyond, perfect for fresh or dried arrangements. Exceptionally cold‑hardy (Zones 5–9), deer resistant, drought tolerant, and ideal for rock gardens, containers, borders, or massed plantings.
