Borago officinalis
The stunning blue flowers are edible, and have a mild cucumber flavor that is delicious in salad. Large, fuzzy cucumber-scented leaves and vivid blue flowers attract bees all summer long. Grown for the bees and flowers, but young leaves can be cooked like spinach or used in salads.
