Geranium × cantabrigiense - Biokovo
A vigorous, semi-evergreen cranesbill, Geranium × cantabrigiense ‘Biokovo’ forms a low-spreading mound of aromatic, rounded, lobed foliage that’s lightly tinged red in autumn. In late spring and early summer, it’s draped with masses of delicate white flowers with subtle pink blushes and deep-pink stamens, offering a soft, carpeted bloom that may lightly rebloom in cooler fall weather. The compact plant reaches just 15–30 cm (6–12 in) tall and 30–45 cm (12–18 in) wide, thriving in sun to partial shade with moist, well-drained soil. Deer- and rabbit-resistant, drought-tolerant once established, and highly attractive to bees and butterflies, it's a versatile performer that earned the 2015 Perennial Plant of the Year award.
