Heuchera - Midnight Rose

A stunning Coral Bells hybrid, Heuchera ‘Midnight Rose’ sports glossy, dark purple‑black leaves speckled with vibrant hot‑pink dots that gradually fade to cream as the season rolls on. This compact perennial forms a neat mound about 10″ (25 cm) tall and 16″ (40 cm) wide, topped in early summer by slender purple stems bearing delicate creamy‑white, bell‑shaped flowers that attract pollinators while not overshadowing the foliage. A vigorous sport of ‘Obsidian’, it earned top awards in 2008 and performs well in full sun to part shade, requiring only average moisture and offering good resistance to powdery mildew. Ideal for adding bold contrast to containers, borders, and shade gardens with minimal maintenance.
