Hibiscus  - Midnight Marvel

A stunning hardy rose mallow, Midnight Marvel pairs enormous 8–9″ scarlet‑red, cup‑shaped blooms with dramatic wine-purple, maple-like foliage that turns vibrant orange in autumn. This compact, mound-forming perennial reaches approximately 4–5′ (120–150 cm), blooming abundantly from mid‑summer into early fall with flower buds emerging all along its sturdy stems. Thriving in moist, rich to average soils in full sun or part shade, it's low‑maintenance, deer‑resistant, and highly attractive to pollinators like bees and butterflies.
