Hibiscus - Summerific® Ballet Slippers

A striking perennial Rose Mallow, 'Ballet Slippers' presents enormous 7″ (17 cm) ruffled blooms—white with soft blush-pink edges and a deep red eye—that open in mid‑summer and continue into fall. It forms an attractive upright, shrub-like mound (~1.2 m tall and 1.4–1.5 m wide), covered with vibrant green, serrated foliage and abundant flower buds for an extended blooming season. Native-hybrid and hardy in zones 4–9, this Proven Winners® variety tolerates moist soils, heat, and low maintenance while providing excellent deer resistance and pollinator attraction (bees & hummingbirds). A dramatic specimen or centerpiece, it thrives in full sun to part shade with moist, well-drained soil.
