Hosta – June
Hosta tardiana ‘June’ is a striking variegated sport of ‘Halcyon,’ known for its dense, flattened mounded form and changing foliage colors. Leaves emerge with creamy‑white centers edged in powdery blue-green, gradually maturing to electric chartreuse for dramatic seasonal interest. In late July, 20 in (≈ 50 cm) scapes rise above the foliage bearing clusters of pale lavender bell‑shaped flowers that attract hummingbirds and other pollinators. This easy-care cultivar thrives in partial sun or dappled shade and is ideal for mass plantings, borders, or containers.
