Hosta – Twilight
A striking sport of Hosta fortunei ‘Aureomarginata’, Hosta ‘Twilight’ forms a dense, heart‑shaped mound of glossy dark green leaves edged in creamy‑yellow margins that fade to white as the season progresses. The foliage has exceptional substance—thick, quilted, and notably slug‑resistant. In mid‑summer, slender scapes rise above the mound, topped with pale lavender flower spikes that attract hummingbirds and pollinators. Hardy in USDA Zones 3a–9b, this easy-care and pollution‑tolerant perennial performs best in bright shade or partial shade with evenly moist, rich soil.
