Lysimachia –  clethroides

Lysimachia clethroides—also known as Gooseneck Loosestrife—is a vigorous and elegant perennial notable for its arching spikes of star-shaped white flowers that beautifully curve over lush, lance-shaped foliage. Blooming in mid to late summer, these 12–18 inch racemes bring both vertical grace and cottage-garden charm, while its vigorous, rhizomatous habit makes it an excellent groundcover or massing plant in moist, rich soil. Fast-growing and easy to cultivate in full sun to partial shade, this standout performer earned the RHS Award of Garden Merit for its ornamental and reliable qualities
