Brassica rapa
These mustard greens are a salad mix staple. Fast and easy to grow year round, the attractive serrated leaves are bright green. Cut the greens when a few inches tall for baby greens, or allow to grow to full size. Adds a mild spicy flavour to your dish. Greens will grow back up to three times.
