This edible ornamental makes a colorful addition to autumn gardens. The beauty of flowering Kale comes not from the blooms, rather from the crinkly colorful foliage rosettes that combine light green, white and rose shades. Leaves may be eaten as regular kale and used as a novel garnish. Sow in late summer and transplant to garden in early fall.
