Delicate, lacy plants are covered with sup shaped deep red flowers with a satin sheen from late spring through summer. Plants are easy to grow and combine well with other wildflowers. Use also in mixed flower borders combined with other sun loving flowers. Water only as necessary. Requires little care and grows well in poor soils with good drainage. Plants often re seed.
