Deep blue, easy to grow, and abundant. Also known as cornflowers, the edible petals add a splash of colour to salads, soups, or tea blends. Long lasting and beautiful addition to bouquets, with vivid hues maintained when the flower is dried.
Direct-seed Apr.-June, lightly cover with soil. Thin to 15-30cm apart.
