Tender vining Annual, the 'Candystick Delicata' has a stronger Sweet, Honey Maple flavor than other Delicata Squash. Technically a summer squash, 'Candystick' has extremely thick flesh and a later harvest date leading it to be classified as a winter squash. These fruits are Tan skinned with green stripes, They also have a smaller seed cavity which means more eating per squash. 'Candystick' keeps well.
