Sedum - Autumn Joy

Sedum 'Autumn Joy' is a time-tested favourite among Canadian gardeners for its striking late-season colour, resilience, and pollinator appeal. This upright, clump-forming perennial features fleshy, blue-green leaves topped with large clusters of rosy-pink flowers that gradually age to copper and rust through fall. Once the blooms fade, the seed heads provide excellent winter structure and interest, especially when left standing in snowy gardens. Drought-tolerant, deer-resistant, and easy to grow, it’s a reliable performer in full sun and well-drained soils.
