Use the leaves and seeds (coriander)! Tolerates the cold and can be cut several times. Direct seed April through Aug., 2cm deep, prefers full sun. Thin plants 5-10cm apart for leaves, 23cm for seeds. 5-10 days to germination, 40 days to maturity.
