Dark green, tasty arrow shaped leaves on strong stems make this Asian spinach perfect for salads, stir-fries and many other dishes. Superb as baby greens too! Great disease resistance. Very slow to bolt to seed when the heat arrives. Another great kitchen container garden plant. Matures in 38 days.
How to Grow
Sow seeds every two weeks in a sunny site starting in early spring or later in summer as long as weather remains cool. Late summer/fall crops are possible in some areas. Seed typically germinates in 7-10 days
Planting Depth: 12.5 mm. Seed Spacing: 2.5 cm. Thin to: 7.5 cm. Row Width: 40 cm.
COMMENTS: One of the easiest to grow vegetables going. Baby greens can be harvested at 25 days.
