Rainbow Candy Crush is an edible kale that is highly ornamental. The large plant has an upright growing habit and leaves are plentiful, forming a bushy appearance at maturity. The stunning leaves are bi-coloured--deep green edges and vivid magenta centres that intensify in cooler, fall nights. Its culinary qualities are equally impressive. It is mildly sweet and are great as kale chips, in salads and smoothies. Highly versatile, this kale is suitable for container growing as well as field production.
