Alcea rosea – Fiesta Time

A charming compact hollyhock, Fiesta Time produces upright spikes of double, fringed cerise-pink blooms edged in softer pink or white tones. Its shorter stature (around 2 to 3 ft) makes it far more manageable than towering hollyhocks, while still offering dramatic vertical color in midsummer. The flowers open all around the stem, creating a bold floral column ideal for borders, containers, or against fences. Because it’s self-seeding and relatively easy to grow, Fiesta Time is a great choice for cottage gardens and pollinator-friendly plantings.
